I'm Michal Green, chef and owner of The Chuck Wagon, a food truck in the Akron area that specializes in gourmet loaded baked potatoes.
My grandfather, Charles Augnst (Chuck to everyone who knew him), passed away in 2015. He left me money to help me pursue my dreams, and that gift is how I was able to buy this truck and share my passion for food with all of you. The name is how I honor him and his memory.
My family is a big part of what it took to make The Chuck Wagon a reality, and I'm so thankful for their help and support.
My mom, Diana, is especially hands-on. You'll likely see her at many of our events, whether she's working the window or enjoying a potato.
